What causes injector failure

Most injector problems trace back to fuel and time. Contaminated or water-laden fuel, a neglected fuel filter, carbon and deposit buildup, and simple high-mileage wear all take a toll on the tiny, high-pressure nozzles that spray fuel into your cylinders. On common-rail engines, a single failing injector can trip fault codes, dump raw fuel, or wash down a cylinder — so catching it early matters.

1. Inspect — a full fuel-system inspection to pinpoint the problem injector(s).
2. Clean — clogged injectors are cleaned to restore a correct spray pattern.
3. Repair or replace — we repair where we can and replace where we should, with quality parts.
4. Final testing — we confirm the fix under real running conditions before it leaves.
