Diesel Service

Service Options & Fleet Programs

From one truck to a whole fleet — here's what's on the menu, and what changes as you move up it.

Start anywhere

Some customers bring us one truck once. Others hand us their entire maintenance program. Both are welcome, and the work is done by the same technicians in the same bays either way. What changes as you move up is how much of the coordinating we take off your plate.

Everyday drivers

For: One truck. No fleet, no account, no agreement.

  • Diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty diesel
  • Gasoline trucks, cars, SUVs, and vans too
  • Straight diagnosis and a quote before work starts
  • Online booking or just call the shop
  • Community discounts for military, veterans, and first responders

Business & small fleet account

For: A few work trucks up to a couple dozen units.

  • Everything above, plus:
  • Priority scheduling — a down vehicle moves to the front of the line
  • Fleet and multi-vehicle pricing
  • A dedicated point of contact who knows your vehicles
  • Flexible billing terms for approved accounts — one invoice, not twenty
  • Annual DOT/FMCSA inspections scheduled before they come due
  • The FleetGood portal for status, approvals, and history

Full fleet program

For: Larger operations, or anyone who wants the program run for them.

  • Everything above, plus:
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance planned and run by us
  • On-site diagnostics and repairs at your yard, by appointment
  • Concierge pickup and delivery by CDL-licensed technicians
  • Loaner vehicles (non-CDL) and shuttle service
  • Fleet management as a service — no dedicated fleet manager on your payroll

On pricing: we quote the work, not a menu price. A diagnosis comes first and you get the number before we start. Fleet rates, billing terms, and coverage are set per agreement — based on your vehicle count, types, and how hard you run them — and put in writing before anything is signed. Warranty coverage is set with your service advisor at the time of service.

Not sure which fits?

Call 512-717-2777 for vehicle service, or fleet sales at 512-273-7351 if you run more than a couple of trucks. Tell us how many vehicles you have, what they are, and what is frustrating you about how service happens today — we will tell you honestly which option makes sense, including when the answer is "you do not need an account."

Common questions

Do I need a fleet account to get work done here?

No. Anyone can bring in a truck — one pickup, one Sprinter, one work van, no account and no agreement required. Fleet accounts exist for businesses running several vehicles that want scheduling, billing, and maintenance handled as a program. Everyday drivers get the same technicians and the same bays.

How many vehicles do I need before a fleet account makes sense?

There is no hard cutoff. If you run a handful of work trucks and you are tired of coordinating service one call at a time, an account is probably worth it. What changes with size is emphasis: smaller fleets tend to want priority scheduling and one point of contact, while larger operations get more out of scheduled preventative maintenance, on-site service, and having the whole program run for them.

What does it cost?

We quote the work, not a menu price — a diagnosis comes first, and you get the number before we start. Fleet pricing, billing terms, and coverage are set per agreement based on your vehicle count, types, and how you run them, and put in writing before anything is signed. Call fleet sales and we will scope it honestly.

Can we start small and add things later?

Yes, and most accounts do. Businesses commonly start with priority scheduling and fleet pricing, then add on-site service, concierge pickup and delivery, or full management once they see how it runs. Nothing here is all-or-nothing.
