Modern Diesel is not a lender and does not extend credit. Each lender decides approval and terms on its own, and its full disclosure is at the bottom of this page. Ask your service advisor and apply at the counter.

Sunbit

Apply at the shop with your service advisor. Approval is based on creditworthiness and is the lender’s decision. The plans, the rates, and what is due at checkout are in the Sunbit disclosure at the bottom of this page.

Affirm

Payment plans through Affirm, subject to an eligibility check. Your rate and plan depend on your credit and the purchase; the full terms are in the Affirm disclosure at the bottom of this page.

How it works

1. Get your estimate from the service advisor as usual.
2. Tell the advisor you would like to pay over time; they will start the application with the lender you choose.
3. The lender gives its decision and its terms. If you accept, the work goes ahead and your payments go to the lender under its agreement.

Common questions

Does Modern Diesel decide whether I am approved?

No. The lender does, on its own criteria. We can help you apply at the counter; we cannot influence the decision or the terms.

Can a fleet account use this?

These are consumer financing products. Fleet and business accounts are billed under their service agreement — see the fleet page, or call fleet sales.

Does financing change the repair or the warranty?

No. The work and the warranty are the same whichever way the invoice is paid. The financing agreement is between you and the lender.
