US-71 Corridor Truck Repair
The airport highway. Cargo, event logistics, and the Bastrop run — and we are minutes off it.
Getting here from US-71
US-71 passes just south of us and FM 973 crosses it, so getting from the highway into our bays is a single turn rather than a trip across town.
US-71 is the airport road. It carries ABIA cargo and ground traffic, the event logistics that fill COTA weekends, and the freight running east toward Bastrop. It is also one of the closest highways to our shop, which makes it the practical approach for a lot of our fleet customers.
What runs US-71
- ABIA cargo and ground service — Air freight, fuel, catering, and ground-handling fleets working the airport.
- COTA event logistics — Race and festival weekends bring box trucks, gear haulers, and production equipment on immovable deadlines.
- The Bastrop run — Freight and construction traffic heading east out of the metro.
- Mixed speed profile — Highway running into airport stop-and-go — hard on brakes and emissions equipment both.
- Proximity — FM 973 crosses 71, so we are about as close to this corridor as a shop gets.

What US-71 fleets use us for most
We are an independent, family-owned shop — not a chain, not private equity — at 2900 N FM 973, Austin, TX 78725. That means the person who owns it is the person you can get on the phone, and nobody here is working a corporate quota.

Common questions
Do you work with event and production fleets?
Yes — event production is one of the industries we serve most, and those trucks have hard deadlines. Fleet accounts get preventative maintenance planned around event calendars so a gear hauler is not in the shop the week of a show.
How close are you to the airport?
Minutes. We are at 2900 N FM 973, which crosses US-71 just north of the ABIA corridor — closer than most shops an airport fleet would otherwise consider.
Can you take a truck the same day during an event weekend?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly rather than promise. Fleet-account customers get priority scheduling, which is exactly what it is for. Call 512-717-2777 with what is wrong and we will give you a real answer on timing.
