If your trucks are on a program, we are already set up
Fleet management companies authorize repairs through Auto Integrate, the platform many of North America’s fleet programs use to open, approve, and invoice repair orders. Modern Diesel is enrolled there as a service provider, and is registered as a maintenance vendor with Element Fleet Management, EMKAY, and Summit Fleet, and with Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network. That is the paperwork done before your truck arrives — the part that usually turns a program truck away from an independent shop.
What you get in return is a diesel shop rather than a lube bay: full-size bays, heavy-duty diagnostics, alignment, tires, and aftertreatment work under one roof, on every make we service, from a pickup on a sales fleet to a Class 8 on a lease.
How it works for a driver
- Bring it in, or call ahead. Tell us which company manages the truck; the unit number or a PO reference helps if you have one.
- We open the repair order in Auto Integrate. Your fleet management company reviews and authorizes the work. Nothing is done until it is approved — the same rule as every repair here.
- We do the work and invoice through the program. For most maintenance programs there is nothing for the driver to pay at the counter; your program’s own rules apply.
- Warranty is set in writing at the time of service, same as every job — see warranty claims.
How it works for a fleet manager in Fleetio
Modern Diesel is in Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network. Repair orders we open show up in your Fleetio account as service entries, you approve the estimate line by line in Fleetio, and the invoice posts automatically — no re-keying, and the history stays with the unit. Fleetio includes network access with its paid plans and charges fleets nothing extra to use it; there is nothing to set up on our side.
If you would rather have the shop run the program than track it yourself, that is fleet management as a service, with the FleetGood portal in place of a spreadsheet. The two are not mutually exclusive.
What Auto Integrate is
A web-based repair-authorization platform: shops submit repair orders, fleet management companies approve them line by line against the program’s rules, and invoicing runs through the same record. It is the reason a program truck can be repaired at an independent shop with the same controls it would have at a national chain. Our enrollment covers the shop; each fleet management company then registers us as a vendor on its side, which is what the list above records.
Your fleet management company is not listed?
Ask. Auto Integrate connects many more fleet management companies than the ones named here, and because we are already enrolled, being registered with another one is usually a short conversation rather than a project. If your program does not use Auto Integrate, call fleet sales and we will tell you honestly whether we can work with it.
Not on a program?
You do not need one. Anyone can bring one vehicle with no account, and a Modern Diesel fleet account starts at two vehicles — priority scheduling, fleet pricing, concierge pickup and delivery for qualifying accounts, and the FleetGood portal, under an agreement written for what you actually run.
Talk to fleet sales
Setting up a program truck, checking whether your fleet management company is covered, or scoping a fleet account: call 512-273-7351 or email sales@moderndieseltx.com. For a single truck on a program, the service line at 512-717-2777 is fine too.
Common questions
My company truck is on an Element, EMKAY, or Summit Fleet program. What do I do?
Bring it in or call ahead, and tell us which company manages it — the unit number or a PO reference helps if you have one. We open the repair order in Auto Integrate, your fleet management company reviews and authorizes the work, and we invoice through the program. For most maintenance programs there is nothing for the driver to pay at the counter; your program’s own rules apply.
We run maintenance in Fleetio. How does that work with you?
Modern Diesel is in Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network. Repair orders we open appear in your Fleetio account as service entries, you approve the estimate line by line in Fleetio, and the invoice posts automatically — no re-keying, and the history stays with the unit. Fleetio includes network access with its paid plans and charges fleets nothing extra to use it.

It is the reason a program truck can be repaired at an independent shop with the same controls it would have at a national chain.
Our fleet management company is not listed. Can you still work with them?
Ask. Auto Integrate connects many more fleet management companies than the ones named here, and because we are already enrolled in the platform, being registered as a vendor with another one is usually a short conversation rather than a project. If your program does not use Auto Integrate, call fleet sales and we will tell you honestly whether we can work with it.
Do we still need a Modern Diesel fleet agreement if we are on a program?
No. A program truck can come in as it is. A Modern Diesel fleet agreement is a separate thing — priority scheduling, fleet pricing, concierge pickup and delivery for qualifying accounts, and the FleetGood portal — and the two are not mutually exclusive. Fleet sales can tell you what fits alongside your program.
Does being on a program change the repair or the warranty?
No. Same bays, same technicians, same diagnostic approach, and the warranty on the work is set in writing at the time of service exactly as it is for every job. The only difference is who authorizes the work and who is invoiced.
