Which Sprinter vans do you work on?

Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Dodge Sprinters — they share the same diesel platform, so we service all three. That covers scheduled maintenance and oil service, engine and fuel-system diagnostics, DEF and DPF emissions work, brakes, suspension and drivetrain, and electrical and A/C repair.

Do I have to take my Sprinter to the dealer for service?

No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, having routine maintenance or repairs done at an independent shop does not by itself void your factory warranty — just keep your service records and receipts. We use the right parts and specifications for the van and document the work.

Can you do Sprinter DEF and DPF work?

Yes. DEF system faults and DPF and emissions work are routine for us — they are among the most common reasons a Sprinter ends up in the shop. We diagnose the actual fault first rather than replacing sensors and hoping.
