Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website. Last updated July 25, 2026.

Current content supersedes prior versions

The content on this website is current as of the date above and may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice. Only the content published on this website today reflects our current services, offerings, and terms.

Older versions of this website — including pages published by prior ownership, and copies held by third-party archives, caches, search engines, or web-archiving services — are not current, are not maintained by us, and do not constitute an offer, representation, or warranty by Viatores Motors LLC d/b/a Modern Diesel. Where archived or cached content conflicts with the content published here, the content published here controls.

Service and repair terms

Descriptions of services on this website are general in nature and are provided for information only. They are not an estimate, a quote, or a guarantee of a particular outcome, price, or turnaround time. The terms that apply to any specific job — including scope, pricing, parts, and any warranty — are those set out in the repair order, invoice, or written agreement for that job.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is set with your service advisor at the time of service and varies by the work and the parts involved. Except for the transitional coverage expressly stated on our warranty claims page, this website does not state warranty terms and none should be inferred from it. Statements about warranty coverage appearing on prior versions of this website, in archived copies, or in third-party listings do not create or extend any warranty. See our warranty claims page to submit a claim.

Fleet and inspection services

Inspection and maintenance services are performed to the standards that apply to the work requested. Ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance — including FMCSA and U.S. Department of Transportation requirements — remains with the motor carrier or vehicle owner. An inspection or service performed by us does not transfer that responsibility to Viatores Motors LLC d/b/a Modern Diesel.

No professional advice

Information on this website, including any blog articles, is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle and should not be relied on in place of an inspection by a qualified technician.

We work to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. This website is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
